Business Development Manager, MarketplaceAmazon Marketplace is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to acquire and manage strategic key accounts.
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop a sales pipeline mix of high value and transactional accounts, recruit and launch small, medium, and established businesses to sell their products on www.amazon.com.mx, and manage the portfolio to grow their sales exponentially.

Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, identifying decision takers, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Post acquisition, you will build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.

Core Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, prospect, acquire, and grow seller commitment to Selling on Amazon.Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your category.
Use these metrics to guide your performance and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products along with the features and functionalities.Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.Engage with merchants to understand their needs and gauge fit with the Amazon Services product set.Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the Selling on Amazon product.Manage numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically.Analyze customer data and make recommendations in order to maximize the potential of the assigned category.
Successfully execute the recommended strategy together with your Selling Partners.Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective categories.Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics. We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companiesSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications2+ years in roles or similar to Sales Development Representative, New Business Development, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Hunter, Lead Generation Specialist, Account Executive.Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.Excel intermediate level: formulas and functions (vlookup, concatenate, etc.
