About the Role: Business Development Manager Our Business Development Department drives business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.
We're seeking a Client Manager eager to develop their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment and grow with us.
What You'll Do : Develop strategies to acquire new clients in Spain and internationally.
Present CS On Research's services and capabilities to potential clients.
Analyze client briefings to propose tailored, actionable insights in collaboration with our technical team.
Prepare and present methodological, budgetary, and scheduling proposals.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through every project phase.
What We're Looking For: ·       A degree in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing, Research, Statistics.
·       At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in client acquisition within a market research company.
·       Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
·       Strong ability to connect with client needs, paired with analytical and strategic thinking.
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Based in Barcelona.
