Renewable energy with Green Genius brand at the forefront is one of the fastest growing Modus Group business areas. We were pioneers of solar, biogas, wind and hydrogen projects in Lithuania. Today we are developing renewable energy in 8 European countries. Total capacity of our implemented projects amounts to more than 226 MW, saving around 335 thousand tons of CO2 every year. Green Genius, an international developer of renewable energy assets, is looking for a Technical Project Manager to contribute to the company's growth story.
RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for building a pipeline of renewable energy projects (solar, hydrogen, biogas, storage solutions, etc.) both in Spain and Portugal. Yearly RTB goal of 100 MW.Review of public bids (_Concursos de capacidad_) rules and preparation/coordination of the relevant documentation to comply with the rules.Continuous review of available capacities in transmission and distribution grid to identify new opportunities and focus the search for land in relevant locations in collaboration with our technical manager to identify the best opportunities.Identifying M&A opportunities for both buy and sell side.Identify the sources of likely problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact.Attend events and represent the company.RequirementsProven track record of 3+ years of development of renewable energy projects in Spain.In-depth knowledge of national regulations, solar permitting, and other PV system regulatory codes.University degree in engineering will be valued.Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Self-starter with excellent presentation skills with constant attention to details and accuracy.Self-disciplined and result-oriented.Fluent in English is an advantage.BenefitsGreat office in the business center of Madrid.Work with a creative team.Exciting job with exciting opportunities.Possibility of professional and personal development in a dynamic and international team.Competitive pay.Career opportunities within the businesses of the Group - no country is too far, no business is unfamiliar, no position is too high.And most importantly - freedom to think outside the box, create and realize your ideas and be yourself!
