This position is part of our EMEA team, specifically within the Spain Sales team.
The role is based in Madrid.
You will be integrated into the commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director of the Region, in this case to the Spain Sales Director.
Your primary goal will be to seek, promote, and close new business opportunities with large companies and key accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Actively and continuously searching for potential clients, focusing on generating new business opportunities based on the strategy defined by the commercial management of the region.Leading the prospecting and development of new business agreements, executing all stages of the sales cycle, from lead identification, cold calling, meetings, demonstrations, commercial proposals, to negotiation and deal closure.Cultivating valuable relationships with potential clients, adopting a consultative approach to understand their needs and effectively position the company's solutions.Ensuring rigorous and accurate updates of contact information, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM, following internal guidelines.Preparing activity reports, market analyses, commercial offers, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.Actively participating in events, trade shows, and marketing activities, both in-person and digital, to strengthen the network of contacts and maximize the company's visibility in the market. Your profileDegree/Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Training will be evaluated based on experience and the profile provided in the commercial field.Advanced English.3-5 years of experience in business development with major accounts in technology companies, highly valued in software SaaS development, digital identity, etc.Experience in consultative selling and providing optimal client advisory.Highly valued specific knowledge: Sales techniques, CRM, negotiation, and contracting in the context of Public Administration.Key attributes: Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, and compliance orientation.
