Responsibilities You will drive and generate new business development through selling our cargo-partner Sea and Air product portfolio.
You will build strong rapport and relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and grow existing business.
You will participate in tender bids and lead price negotiations with customers, preparing proposals and quotations.
Skills/Experience Graduate calibre with the skills required to professionally sell beyond a standard sales role.
A true commercial thinker with a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed.
Outstanding communication, persuasive, and influencing skills.
A professional who can win business based on service and not price.
Able to develop winning proposals and costing schedules to beat any competitor.
Have an entrepreneurial edge to enhance the sales process and adapt it to win new business.
Extensive experience in the Air & Sea freight forwarding/logistics industry with a proven track record in sales, strong knowledge of the Groupage market, and established customer contacts.
