Business Development Manager I Expedia Partner Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager for the Southern Europe market! You will identify and prioritize partners who can effectively contribute to EPS growth. You will partner internally with the relevant team members to sign a mutually favorable contract.

What you'll doIdentify, prioritize new partners to meet EPS objectivesReport and work directly with the Sales Regional Director, actively participating to the definition & execution of the overall Business Development strategy in Southern EuropeBuild B2B opportunities across the region and multiple industry segments, responsible to handle the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and partner launchDevelop partnership proposals including discovering objectives, defining partnership requirements, and developing value propositions, developing business cases, working with business partners to define requirements with a solution attitudeIdentify improvement opportunities and commercial terms and driving contractual agreement in coordination with legal counselReport regularly to EPS Leadership team, present and promote internally the strategy and results achieved in the regionLead negotiations with key seen opportunities, run and coordinate various internal partners (Commercial Finance, Legal, IT, Product) and own overall negotiation processBuild strong internal relationships by collaborating with other teams to implement and to support our EPS distributed team goalsBe the voice of EPS Southern Europe at travel and tech related eventsWho you areHighly fluent in Spanish and English, Italian is a plusProven and confirmed Business Development experience, regularly exceeding sales objectivesTravel background preferred: online travel or airline/hotel supplier, sales managementUnderstanding of the European travel market in most of the segmentsExperience in building relationships, market/business development, B2B technology background preferredUnderstanding of Microsoft office products including PowerPoint and Excel - additional plus for experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), CRM systems and API integrationsWillingness to travel for partner meetingsSolution based approach to sales with a good understanding of technologyExperience and/or familiarity with affiliate marketingData-driven and results oriented collaborator. Ability to use data to build a compelling story to influence internally and externallyStrong business sense, problem solving and business case buildingAbility to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environmentExperience of negotiation at C-Level, capable to build and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, you are a deal closure with a great resilienceAnalytical and problem-solving skills must be able to use data to identify underlying trends and make informed commercial decisionsLI-SC21
