Job Overview: Key Responsibilities Identify and gather new clients for RWSLook after and upsell to the existing customer databaseBuild a strong long-term pipelineDeliver revenue growth goals established in conjunction with executive and Divisional managementFollow up on pipelines for business expansionFoster strong client relationshipsBuild trusting, collaborative relationships with clients of all levelsBuild strong internal relationships with the people responsible for executing RWS SolutionsInclude relevant RWS representatives in appropriate client meetingsProvide appropriate management updates and solicit feedback and direction when appropriateSecure on-site presentation opportunities with high level clientsPrepare and perform presentations at internal and or external industry eventsSkills & Experience 2-4 years selling in Software or have experience in the language industry (knowledge in the Translation supply chain)Proficient or native command of French and EnglishProven track record of meeting regional sales targetsAbility to communicate software solutions and ideas in detail and at high levelAbility to cold call into an organization and identify key decision makers and influencersSelf-motivated and able to appropriately set and pursue own goals in support of the organization's goalsOrganized, flexible and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously; pays attention to detail and able to report results in a concise formatAble to plan, organize and follow job activities in accordance with their importance and respond appropriately to changes and interruptionsMust be a skilled communicator with a dynamic and engaging phone presence who excels in questioning and listening to determine the prospect's needsMust be a fast learner who enjoys self-educationMust be able to generate well written correspondence to targeted customersFocused, polite and persistent; he/she knows how to learn and derive strengthExcellent command of French and English, other languages welcome but not essentialLife at RWS: At RWS, we're here for one purpose: unlocking global understanding.
