Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
Identify and gather new clients for RWS
Look after and upsell to the existing customer database
Build a strong long-term pipeline
Deliver revenue growth goals established in conjunction with executive and Divisional management
Follow up on pipelines for business expansion
Foster strong client relationships
Build trusting, collaborative relationships with clients of all levels
Build strong internal relationships with the people responsible for executing RWS Solutions
Include relevant RWS representatives in appropriate client meetings
Provide appropriate management updates and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate
Secure on-site presentation opportunities with high level clients
Prepare and perform presentations at internal and or external industry events
Skills & Experience
2-4 years selling in Software or have experience in the language industry (knowledge in the Translation supply chain)
Proficient or native command of French and English
Proven track record of meeting regional sales targets
Ability to communicate software solutions and ideas in detail and at high level
Ability to cold call into an organization and identify key decision makers and influencers
Self-motivated and able to appropriately set and pursue own goals in support of the organization's goals
Organized, flexible and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously; pays attention to detail and able to report results in a concise format
Able to plan, organize and follow job activities in accordance with their importance and respond appropriately to changes and interruptions
Must be a skilled communicator with a dynamic and engaging phone presence who excels in questioning and listening to determine the prospect's needs
Must be a fast learner who enjoys self-education
Must be able to generate well written correspondence to targeted customers
Focused, polite and persistent; he/she knows how to learn and derive strength
Excellent command of French and English, other languages welcome but not essential
