A successful and well-established family organisation with over 25 years of experience seeks the right candidate to forge ahead with a new product from a well-respected company. You will be working directly under the General Manager.
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative to take the sole lead in Western Australia of an exciting new product. You will receive comprehensive training and coaching, marketing support, and be part of our supportive workplace culture where great work is recognised and rewarded.
You must have proven sales experience in trade, wholesale, appliance, or small equipment industries with the ability to understand our products and relay those effectively to resellers. You must build new partnerships with resellers and manage ongoing relationships with those resellers.
Duties and Responsibilities Hunt out reseller opportunitiesIntroduce and convert resellers to our productsSkills & Experience Sales and negotiation skillsExperience in developing new businesses and/or product linesAbility to think on your feet and respond to urgent ordersAbility to meet KPI's and demonstrate performance with regular progress reports to the General ManagerKnowledge of air conditioning or hot water systems would be highly advantageousRequirements Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.The position is open to Australian citizens and/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.Culture Solargain is a 100% Australian owned family business.
