We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to the world's leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners that serve commercial and government markets.Please read more about us https://www.arrow.com/ecs/esWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain who will be responsible for developing business with HPE and OpenText portfolio.Principal Accountabilities:Recruiting new customers to our partner network and identifying new business opportunities,Understand HPE's and OpenText's expectations, strategy, critical success factors, and go-to-market principles,Working closely and cooperating with assigned vendors and Arrow's internal teams,Providing technical knowledge and expertise of your portfolio,Driving activities that enable our teams to reach their revenue goals,Creating PoCs (proof of concepts) within the real customers environment with the technical solutions from your portfolio.What we are looking for?IT sales experience and technical understanding of the solutions,Experience in IT distribution and partner management,Public speaking and/or presentation skills,Strong assessment/prioritization skills,Native or Proficient Spanish speaker and good level of English.
