Business Developer & Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales and BD Trainee to join our team and support our sales and marketing efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of sustainable food marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our company.RESPONSABILITIES• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote Hola Spanish Market products.• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.• Support the sales team in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales.• Assist in creating engaging marketing content for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.• Provide administrative support as needed, including managing customer inquiries and processing orders.• Support in Trade ShowsWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• Strong passion for sustainability and social responsibility.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.• Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
