Work Setup: To Be DeterminedWork Category: Full TimeWork Schedule: Day ShiftOur client is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AREA MANAGER!Qualifications:3 years of experience as a business development manager for B2B sales & transactions.Experience working in the educational, publishing, IT, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries.Must manage at least 20 members/staff, with leadership skills, and focus on building the network.Experience in making partnerships, expanding business, and managing a whole team. Will be assigned to handle the Luzon area.Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets, along with excellent negotiation, presentation, reporting, and communication skills.Willing to do fieldwork in the whole Luzon area from Monday to Friday, day shift.The salary is up to 80k plus 10k operational allowance, plus benefits of HMO, 10 VL, 10 SL (max of 20 days), and accidental life insurance.
