To achieve this, we carry out rigorous selection processes that ensure it.We are looking to hire a professional in business development and sales for engineering and EPC contracts to expand the project portfolio in this industry.
Additionally, the role involves establishing strategic relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating key agreements for the execution of projects in the fertilizer industry.Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities within the fertilizer market, specifically in engineering projects and EPC contracts.Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new projects in the fertilizer sector.Promote the company to potential clients, industry associations, and government entities.Manage the portfolio of current clients and develop long-lasting relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams in sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to present proposals and negotiate contracts.EPC Project Management:Participate in the preparation, management, and negotiation of EPC contracts for fertilizer projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and legal requirements.Oversee the integration of technical, supply chain, and construction aspects in offers and contracts.Ensure the proper definition of terms and conditions in each project phase, promoting innovative solutions when necessary.Strategic Analysis and Planning:Conduct market studies to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the fertilizer industry.Develop financial models and risk analyses for EPC projects and ensure they are both technically and economically viable.Collaborate in the long-term planning of the company, incorporating business development in fertilizer projects.Client and Supplier Relationships:Negotiate commercial agreements with key clients and suppliers to ensure project competitiveness.Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality throughout the project lifecycle.Manage conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with contractual expectations
