POSITION: Business Development Manager – Southern Spain
SECTORS: HVAC, electrical or plumbing
SALARY: €40,000, bonus & company car
LOCATION: Seville or Malaga area
Our client is the global leader for innovative products in HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing in the market.
As their business has grown, so has its operational footprint with its UK Head Office and manufacturing site.
They are also based in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, India, and the USA.
As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to be responsible for increasing sales & market share with several key accounts, preferably based in and around either Seville or Malaga.
Their route to market is through a wholesaler/distributor network.
Key Responsibilities:Work with the Head of Sales, Iberia to ensure close management of key wholesalers/distributors.Identify and agree on new wholesalers to target for the region.Optimize the breadth of our client's range & increase market share with existing accounts through merchandising and training (at branch level) ensuring their brand is high profile.Participate in Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Wholesaler/Distributor branch trade events & sales meetings as required.Monitor stock levels & competitor products and activities.Perform regular training at wholesaler/distributor branches.Candidates' Profile, Background and Experience:Fluent in English is essential.Experience working within a wholesaler/distributor/retailer network.Experience in either HVAC, Electrical, or plumbing sectors.Independent worker who is confident in using their own initiative.Strong commercial insight.Willingness to travel frequently (anticipate 75% of time will be in the field).Our client is looking for the successful candidate to start early 2025.
