Job Description:
The DTN Weather Systems division is the market leader in aeronautical meteorology, delivering best-in-class solutions to Air Navigation Service Providers, Civil Aviation Authorities, and National Meteorological Services. We are looking to grow the team with a new Business Development Manager. The role will focus on winning new customers and new projects in line with the company strategy.
What you will be responsible for:
Minimum 3 years of sales/Business Development Experience in the Environmental Market, ideally related to Weather. Preferable knowledge of the Weather Systems market. Knowledge in aviation, specifically air traffic control, government focus, defense, and aerospace industries will all be valued. Knowledge and use of advanced customer relationship management systems and processes. International experience in sales. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish preferred, though proficiency in other languages will also be appreciated. What you will bring to the role:
Developing end-user relationships with the goal of enabling sales of DTN Weather Systems into existing and new markets. Development of a distribution partner network with agents and/or companies in target markets. Build and maintain a sales pipeline, including bookings and revenue forecasts. Provide regular activity reports to management. Identification of industry trends via customer relationships and feedback. Participate in events and tradeshows representing DTN and showcasing solutions. Leveraging other functional business staff, including proposals, operations, product management, and software development to create attractive and compelling value propositions to target customers and partners. Continuous competitive analysis and cooperation with product development staff to drive differentiation and value creation. Location:
Spain. Preferably Seville. Will consider other locations for exceptional profiles. What you can expect from DTN:

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between 41,250€ and 55,000€. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
