Ensure the vision, objectives, and strategy are clearly communicated and understood by the team.Market Analysis & Insights:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and potential partners.
Stay informed about competitors' activities and industry developments.Partnership Development:Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with game providers, operators, and other key stakeholders in the iGaming ecosystem.
Manage and nurture relationships to maximise mutual benefits.Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.Sales Strategy:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and negotiate terms with prospective clients.Product Positioning:Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop core positioning and messaging for our platform.
Ensure that marketing collateral effectively communicates the benefits and unique selling points.Performance Metrics:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development efforts.
Analyse data to derive actionable insights and optimise strategies.Industry Engagement:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our platform, network with industry leaders, and stay abreast of market trends.Team Leadership:Provide mentorship and leadership to the business development team.
Share industry knowledge, best practices, and effective communication strategies to enhance team performance.Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of current business development methodologies, competitor offerings, and digital trends to strengthen our market position and deliverables.Requirements:Strong knowledge of the CIS iGaming landscape, including game providers, operators, and regulatory environments.Fluent in spoken Russian would be advantageous but not essential.Proven work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the iGaming industry.Proven track record of securing and managing high-value partnerships and achieving revenue growth.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present visions or ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights and develop strategic plans.Strong organisational, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills.Ability to influence various stakeholders and work closely with them to obtain buy-in and drive initiatives forward.Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team, including product, marketing, and engineering teams.Willingness to travel to meet and work with offshore team members, clients, and potential partners.Knowledge of software engineering, technology trends, and the software development lifecycle is an advantage.Prior experience with agile frameworks, Scrum methods, or extreme programming is an advantage.
