This position requires a balance between commercial skills and a deep understanding of the most advanced technological solutions.The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in business development in technology sectors, with the ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, leading value propositions from a strategic and consultative perspective.
We are looking for someone experienced, who brings a relevant network of contacts and is results-oriented, capable of identifying business opportunities in complex environments.Responsibilities:Business Development:Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the field of technology consulting, collaborating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Strategic Consulting:Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies, acting as a trusted consultant.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers in companies across various sectors.Value Generation:Collaborate with internal teams in technology, delivery, and other areas to design value propositions that align INNOCV's technical capabilities with market needs.Sales Cycle Management:From initial prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation and follow-up, as well as negotiation.Network Development:Expand the network of contacts in the sector by participating in events, conferences, and technological forums.Internal Collaboration:Work cross-functionally with technology teams, engagement managers, marketing, and operations to ensure that the solutions offered align with the company's capabilities.What do we value?Experience:At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.Technical Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, platforms, transformation processes, etc.Network of Contacts:A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare.Communication Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at the executive level.Results-Oriented:Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.Education:University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
