From streetwear to vintage, Tilt creates a dynamic, community-driven shopping experience.
Job Overview: As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will lead Tilt's launch in a new country by building an initial critical mass of sellers.
This role requires a strong sales background, expertise in fashion liveselling, and a passion for fashion and live shopping.
You'll identify and onboard key sellers—from influencers to independent retailers—to ensure a successful platform launch.
Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Analyze local liveselling trends and target demographics.
Seller Acquisition: Apply sales skills to engage and secure top fashion sellers.
Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with sellers, encouraging active use of Tilt.
Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline, focusing on meeting acquisition goals.
Seller Training: Support new sellers in maximizing live-selling techniques.
Community Building: Establish a strong, engaging seller community.
Requirements: Native / fluent Spanish speaker Sales Skills: Proven sales/business development success, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
Fashion Liveselling Knowledge: Familiar with live shopping and fashion trends.
Passion for Fashion and Livestreaming: An eye for trends and enthusiasm for live-selling.
Communication Skills: Persuasive ability to convey Tilt's unique value to sellers.
Organizational Skills: Track targets and pipeline efficiently.
