Business Development Manager €55,000 Base Package with OTE of €120,000 Spain I am working with one of the worlds leading FTSE 100 Companies and they are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to lead direct sales efforts for their Sustainability Services across Europe.
In this dynamic role, you'll focus on expanding business in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) , Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions , and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions.
Your mission will be to build relationships, grow strategic accounts, and uncover new opportunities in this critical industry.
Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager: Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with strategic accounts.
Promote sustainability services through research, networking, and attendance at industry events and trade shows.
Deliver impactful presentations and manage client interactions to close deals.
Develop and implement strategies to capture market share in the sustainability sector.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align on client needs and introduce sustainability services across Europe.
The Successful Business Development Manager will need: 2-3 years experience in service sales, preferably in the sustainability sector or related industries.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
