We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales to lead the sales and marketing efforts targeting a Russian-speaking audience.
This role involves building the sales and marketing processes from scratch, implementing strategies, and driving growth.
Responsibilities : Establish an international sales system from scratch across the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East.
Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage the Russian-speaking investment audience in the CIS, Europe, and the Middle East.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion.
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, including educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners.
Create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and insights.
Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure course offerings meet market needs.
Requirements : University degree Proven sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Experience in selling banking products or EdTech solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Russian and English.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
A self-starter with a track record of achieving sales targets.
