Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in managing inbound communications, nurturing leads, and optimizing the customer relationship management (CRM) process.
This position is ideal for an individual passionate about driving business growth and delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Field inbound phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
Manage and follow up on leads in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate lead funnel metrics and ensure timely updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts and drive business growth.
Handle additional tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Qualifications: Strong English language proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience in marketing, particularly pay-per-click campaigns or content creation.
