We are looking for an engineer with business development experience in the solar energy sector. This role is crucial to the growth and success of our company, and requires solid industry knowledge, a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as familiarity with our customer portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will be:– Strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and promoting our products and services.– Obtaining new customers, identifying and analyzing new market segments and potential customers within the solar energy sector.– Opening new international markets.– Follow-up of the customer database, regularly updating the database and proactively communicating with customers.YOUR SKILLS TO ENSURE SUCCESS IN YOUR ROLE– Industry Knowledge: solid knowledge of the solar energy industry, including technologies, products and market trends.– Software: proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM.– Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present our products and services in a clear and compelling way.– Results Oriented: strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals, with problem solving and decision making skills.– Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing and the management team.– Autonomy and decision making. Willingness to work independently, according to one's own considerations and criteria, without the need for guidance or supervision of others and assuming the decisions and responsibilities derived from their actions.ABOUT YOU– Degree: industrial engineering, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications or related areas.– Expertise: solar energy. Master's degree in sales valued.– Languages: Spanish and English.
