What your role is
We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who, based in our Madrid office and reporting directly to the Head of Sales National Accounts, will be responsible for managing and fostering long-term relationships with key clients to drive business growth and generate custumer engagement in all categories we operate.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate annual agreements for Key Customers
Negotiates Promotional Plans and leads correct implementation
High capacity to build a adapt customer annual plans (Joint Business Plan)
Use to negotiate and coordinate new product launch with success
Experienced in demand planning
Experienced in Financial management and P&L optimization, responsible for optimization of trade support budget
Creates customized strategies to meet the specific needs of customers
Plans and anticipates for unexpected changes in the marketplace
Guides and supports the field force in the implementation of strategies
Identifies new business opportunities for all company brands
Qualifications
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree Administration/economics
Preferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree
3/4 years in Multinational environment (preferable FMCG industry)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing Key Customers in FMCG industry (Preferred National accounts such us Dia, Alcampo, Carrefour & Discounters (LIDL & ALDI))

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
Competencies
Ability to develop strong and strategic customer relationships, with seniority to deal with Top Management
Strong Finance background and P&L management
Experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, and E-commerce would be a plus
