As aBusiness Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion, spearheading new client acquisition and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our key advertiser and publisher accounts.

Together, we can shape the future of affiliate marketing and build a thriving network that consistently surpasses expectations.YOUR MAIN DUTIES:Collaborate with our Head of Business Development to identify, engage, and nurture potential partners, ensuring a seamless sales cycleDevelop a robust pipeline of new opportunities that align with our network expertise and contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue targetsIdentify and pursue niche markets with untapped potential, expanding our reach and generating substantial revenue streamsNegotiate and manage agreements with strategic partners, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations that drive growth for all parties involvedBuild and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their success through our innovative performance marketing services and solutionsAnalyze data-driven insights to optimize client accounts, maximizing their performance and enhancing overall network growthCraft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our expertise and demonstrate the tangible impact we can have on client businessesTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) meticulously, generating regular reports to inform strategic decision-making and measure successStay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market advancements, identifying potential growth avenues and expanding our reach into new verticalsProactively network and participate in industry events to expand our professional connections and acquire new business opportunitiesYOUR ATTRIBUTES:English proficiency is a must3+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales and Affiliate MarketingExcellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business modelsSelf-motivated, high energy and positive outlook with a passion for sales and closing dealsAbility to analyze data, performance metrics and market research to monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, make regular reports and informed decisionsAbility to manage, grow & coach internal junior team membersProficiency in MS Office and proven experience in CRM softwareClear written and verbal communication skillsSharp negotiation skills and sales techniquesWHAT WE OFFER:An environment with high energy, flat hierarchy, positive attitude, and growth you would expect from a startup coupled with all of the security and benefits of an established companyCompetitive salary and flexible work life balancePaid annual leave and sick leaveFun team building activities including annual company trip, parties and other benefitsTo work in a role that has a global scope for a company that has an international presenceAn inclusive environment of friends who happen to work togetherAnd much moreJob Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
