Your day at NTT DATA:
The Business Development Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for participating in the delivery of solution design, configuration, and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This role is required to offer pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals.
Key Responsibilities: Participates in the creation and delivery of technical solutions in the Networks/IoT/AI area to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
Offers detailed technical support in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provides a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client's requirements.
Provides user support and assists with troubleshooting and design, configuration, and escalated problem management.
Participates in the development of technical training and training programs.
Identifies opportunities and contributes subject matter expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define the solution roadmap and milestones.
Works on strategic projects that enhance current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
Works closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.
Contributes to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.
Understands the client's environment, business needs, and provides expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
Works closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
Performs any other related task as required.
Knowledge and Attributes: Knowledge of Networks with CISCO, R&S, Datacenters, Access Points, Wifi, 5G, LAN/WAN.
Knowledge in latest market trends within the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) fields.
Seasoned knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration, and business change.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Passion for learning about new industry trends and technology advancements.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business or a related field.
SAFe Agile or Program or Project Management certification(s) is desirable.
Relevant vendor / technology certification(s) is desirable.
Languages: Spanish: fluent (mandatory)
English: fluent (mandatory)
Required Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Seasoned experience in a similar role within a related global technology services environment.
Seasoned project management experience.
Workplace type: Hybrid Working
