The Role:
Play a key role in supporting the company's growth strategy.
Some duties would include:
Contribute to M&A activity in the Barcelona hub for the Polish market.
Coordinate and carry out tenders for Project Rights M&A transactions.
Stay updated on significant changes in the market and news/events/regulatory frameworks in the industry to detect shifts timely.
Prepare technical permitting processes for project development.
Supervise and take responsibility for work streams, such as technical, legal, and financial due diligence.
Secure deals that enhance the business's market position.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
Relevant experience with strategic acquisitions, project development, business development, etc.
Proven experience with stakeholder management.
Flourishes when challenged and goal-oriented.
Fluent in Polish and English (Spanish is considered a plus).
To be suitable for this role you must live or be willing to relocate to Barcelona.
