Business Development Manager Spain Up to €75,000 basic, bonus and full benefits

CSG are exclusively partnering an AI/SaaS imaging solutions organisation, destined for very bug things and commercialising throughout Europe and heavily backed. We are confidentially looking for our first commercial hire in the Spain, a role that will begin as a hands on business development with the opportunity of progression into bigger and better things as the Spain business grows over time.
The solutions are extremely niche and disruptive to say the least, it's the next step forwards in this area and market feedback so far has been outstanding…we just need the right person to autonomously take control and drive the business forwards. The customer call points include but are not limited to radiology, digital pathology and oncology.
Our new hire will be responsible for developing strategy and our go-to-market plans, milestone based growth goals and be able to go out there and deliver from a business development and revenue generation point of view.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in Spain.Lead the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians, KOL's and senior management within the Spanish public and private hospital sectorServe as the first point of contact with all new potential clients, both from a commercial sales and clinical/technical support perspective Requirements:
5+ years' experience of commercial/sales experience in the medical field and ideally within AI/SaaS, with significant achievements and a relevant network in Spain. Proven sales success in closing high-value contracts in the medical field is essential.Experience selling imaging solutions or more important AI/SaaS imaging solutions into radiology, digital pathology, histology and/or oncology is ideal. Experience in the medical imaging market in these kind of department areas is essentialExperience in working with senior stakeholders in the Spanish hospital/healthcare, particularly in the context of new innovative technologies.A new business hunter is essential with the ability to develop milestone based sales/go-to-market strategies able to deliver quick and high value successA self started with the ability to work independently is a must If you feel you fit the above criteria and are interested in being considered please apply.
