Who are we looking for? Through the (Country Manager Fernox Spain/ Portugal - France) leadership and his own endeavors: To increase turnover/margin by gaining new accounts/customers. To maintain our obligations to our customer base. Increase the sales revenue/margin from our existing customer base by broadening the range and increasing the quantities of products they use. Further develop the awareness of water treatment in the domestic and commercial heating market. Attack and defend against the competitors in the market. Assist in the development and implementation of the Fernox Marketing Plan. Contribute to the development of new products. What will you be doing? Perform quarterly reviews to cover: Progress with strategy and quarterly action plans. Progress with OEMs. Progress with the contractor and LA/HA prospects for that quarter. Agree and select new prospects for the following quarter. Manage the Atlas CRM system for Fernox Spain / Portugal related to his area. Top 50 customers / targets – Look to build an association with them. Support and assist the sales team in converting key prospects (Win). OEMS – Build relationships with key managers with the major OEMS. Implement the selling strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors (Grow)
