Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English

3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in healthcare or insurance

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of the Spanish healthcare insurance landscape

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a small company environment
