This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the healthcare HIS/ERP sector through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and forging key partnerships.Join our team and help advance our mission in healthcare technology solutions!Job Description Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in SpainConduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trendsAnalyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategiesPrepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providersNegotiate integration improvements with third parties providersNegotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providersNegotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goalsWork closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goalsLead strategic cross area projects and assure goals are reachedGive commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations, when necessaryQualifications If you:Have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBAHave 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions or other)Insurance and hospitals market knowledgeHave business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIsPreferably had previous experience in consulting, partnerships management or project managementStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesAre a results-oriented overachiever and a keen negotiatorCan build rapport with high level decision-makers in an organizationSpeak English and Spanish fluentlythen this job is for you.Additional Information How does the selection process work?A 60 mininterview with a member of the HR teamA 60 mininterview with the Team LeaderBusiness Case to be completed in one week45 min presentation of the Business Case, with Team leader and Global Managing DirectorWe offer you:Work in a start-up atmosphere: dynamic, informal, and fun!?The most important thing: an incredible team that will welcome you and support you along the way
