We are currently looking for new employees for the position of Business Development Manager in our office in Warsaw, Barcelona or to work remotely

Key Responsibilities-Independent planning, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns. -Preparation of reports on implemented marketing campaigns. -Building relationships with advertisers, key publishers and clients in order to maximise the effects of cooperation. -Active participation in the development of affiliate network products, primarily on the Spanish, French and Portuguese markets -Taking care of the company's image. -Regular acquisition of new advertising space. -Overseeing marketing campaigns. Key Requirements -Experience in running performance campaigns. -Good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel). -Excellent organisation of time and work. -Logical and analytical thinking. -Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with advertisers and publishers. -Good knowledge of English (required for communication with clients)
-Commitment, ability to work independently. -Negotiation skills. -Willingness to develop personally and expand your knowledge in the areas of performance marketing.

Desirable but not essential experience-Knowledge of advertising management systems. -HTML basics. -Knowledge of Spanish or French
