Your role: As Business Development Manager for EC Professional, you will have the opportunity to introduce our ground-breaking advanced monitoring products to Emergency Medical Services & Military customers in Iberia, enhancing the care that they can provide to their patients.By listening to the needs of new & existing customers, you will develop a bespoke solution that meets their requirements and contributes to the growth of EC Pro in the Iberian market.You will be responsible for the commercial strategy of the product portfolio/roadmap and success will be measured through effective Go-To-Market Plans, commercial offerings based on market insights and a solid marketing plan.Covering customers based across Iberia. Flexibility to travel/stay away from home will be needed for this role - 70% travelling.You're the right fit if: You have previous experience as a Paramedic and are looking for a move into a commercial role OR you have 3+ years of experience selling medical devices (ideally monitoring) into the Emergency Medical Services sector.You are commercially savvy and understand the process of sales/negotiation/finance.An IT awareness (software/hardware/connectivity) would help you to understand the solutions' technical complexities.You're an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily.You hold a full Driving License.Fluent in English.How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
