The Business Operations Manager acts as the gel between Client, internal account teams, and external vendors, in a high velocity creative production environment.
The primary objective in this role is facilitating work processes, ironing out kinks,
innovating improves ways of work in partnership with creative operations teams as well as our creative network.
ResponsibilitiesManagement of creative production flowsPromotes a smooth delivery system for creative production by optimizing the efficiency of our creative studio networkRecommends and implements process improvements for everyday operation proceduresEnsure delivery/service risks are managed effectivelyManaging production capacity in our creative network with a clear eye on meeting the ever-growing demand pipelineEnsuring that the pillars of price, speed and quality are achieved at all times through all studios in our creative network by implementing robust processes and other support infrastructureImplementing and defining workflows for all work streams and ensuring our creative network is deliveringWork with VP of Customer Success to analyze client needs and determine how operations can be altered to improve service to clients and continue to meet their needsTracks and reports hub spend to ensure gross margins are sustainedRequirements8+ years in creative operations within an agency or production networkAble to navigate ambiguity by aligning to corporate goals, making pragmatic decisions to improve production outcomesExperience leading brand, content, and communication design experienceStrong background in building process in a creative production environmentComfortable with team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibilityPay45,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per year
