Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with key e-commerce clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients.
- Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities for value-added solutions.
- Drive customer success, ensuring satisfaction and retention.Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence within the e-commerce sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for market expansion and client acquisition (set annual sales and EBITDA targets).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to address concerns and drive solutions.Potential for Advancement:
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and potential to transition into a Country Manager role.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).7+ years of experience in Key Account Management within the e-commerce industry.Strong understanding of Vendor Management Systems or related technology solutions is advantageous.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in Spanish and English.Location: Madrid (preferably)
