Read on to find out What is the position about?As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the Monday Services project, designed to facilitate the day-to-day operations of the businesses and workers that make up our community spread across Monday's 12 assets: 10 in Spain, 1 in Andorra, and 1 in Portugal Your goal will be to secure new sources of revenue by promoting our network of services for businesses and the Monday community. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to achieve the commercial objectives established by the company's management.What profile are we looking for?4 years of previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles.Strong competence in identifying and evaluating business opportunities.Exceptional skills in sales strategy and negotiation.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.Skills in planning and managing projects from start to finish.Proactive attitude and ease of working effectively in a team.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analysis software.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Availability to travel.
