We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing profitable new business in your area. You must be able to build a pipeline of profitable new business while developing and maintaining solid relationships with different customers. Summary of duties and responsibilities include: Identify and locate adequate sites for installations with property owners, with the goal of signing contracts that allow us to deploy our ATMs. Negotiate trading agreements with potential clients to successfully deploy ATM systems under long-term profitable contracts. Be an active asset in the ATM installation process, in cooperation with the Operations Department and the external subcontractors involved. Keep track of marketplace realities, including competitors. Use customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems, maintain accurate logs, enter updated information in business systems, prepare meetings and presentations, and elaborate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders as agreed in the company's processes. Regularly interact with external city councils and local authorities to ensure a smooth contracting and installation process. What will I need to succeed as the Business Development Manager? Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in the Consumer Goods, Retail, or Tourism sectors). Background in field sales to the convenience retail sector. Effective influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and analyze financial data - budgets, P&L etc. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Effective communication skills - written and verbal including presentation skills. Spanish & English fluent speaker. Driver's license required. Must have legal work permit in the EU.
