The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM: WHAT YOU WILL DO: Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified, active OCC services opportunities and manage them to close, delivering millions of dollars of yearly business growth.In collaboration with our marketing team, feed and communicate customer case studies or other success stories by showing where and how the OCC services or solution was implemented and the commercial/operational value SITA brought to the customer.Work to raise prospect awareness and consideration through presentations, webinars and other outreach events.Increase the number and frequency of interactions, as well as build trusted relationships, with key customer and industry personnel especially executive buyers, business partners, and industry associations.In conjunction with marketing and sales enablement, develop sales playbooks that provide current, relevant and customized sales content by adapting value propositions, case studies or ROI examples to prospects' needs.Qualifications: EXPERIENCE: Expertise in business development, sales, contract negotiation or similar.5+ years' experience selling in the aerospace market; experience in the airline operations control center (OCC) domain is absolutely mandatory.Willingness to work in a multi-cultural and highly matrixed organization.Experience in a management role or customer facing position and establishing customer relationships.Outstanding external and internal communication skills.Strong consultative approach.Commercially minded, driven by results.At ease dealing with high-paced commercial environment.Team player.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree/MBA preferred.WHAT WE OFFER: SITA's workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
