Treatment Management Applications (TMA) regroups a suite of software solutions used in radiotherapy departments along the planning process (Workflow Management, Adaptive Therapy Planning, Plan Quality Analytics).
The Manager will have a major role in influencing the successful execution of the Elekta One strategy and new therapy planning tools.Responsibilities:Support the Elekta sales team by developing a consultative clinical solution approach during the sales process, in collaboration with other Elekta functions.Co-responsible (with Service Delivery) for working with key customers to support and maximize their adoption of Elekta's TMA solutions.Support local sales teams with clinical presentations and product knowledge for strategic tenders.Provide sales support for Elekta OIS Software products and solutions.Develop a network of external Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) / advocates and reference sites.Support exhibitions, conferences, and seminars when required.Drive advanced adoption of Elekta's offerings by supporting local and regional sales projects.Support the development and execution of regional marketing plans.Work cross-functionally with global teams.Adhere to Elekta Sales Methodology and promote Elekta Values.Facilitate communication between the customer and prospect.Develop strong understanding of the client's vision.Drive the familiarization of established accounts with new products.Investigate and expedite suggestions and complaints.What You BringMedical Physics Degree or similar/ equivalent is mandatory.At least 5 years of clinical experience.Exposure or additional experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus.Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.High energy results oriented, with ability to work independently.Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.Expert facilitator superior conflict resolution skills.Ability to influence change within Elekta and the client organization.Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.Must be able to read, speak, write, and comprehend the English language.Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.What you'll get:In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
