We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager to be a part of our AI platform team. We are looking for a motivated Manager who pays attention to detail, identifies innovative business opportunities, and is not afraid of challenges.
You organize face-to-face or online product demonstrations and advanced training sessions.Keep track of our existing client base and generate new sales by upselling our products according to the clients' needs.Contract negotiation, maintaining a balance between optimal service, value for the client, and our client's profit margins.Together with the team, you help build and adjust the vision for the sales team.You build and execute a business development plan to achieve business aims and sales targets, develop innovative strategies to maximize results, and identify shortfalls in the process, all aiming at process improvements.Attend meetings, (inter)national conferences, and organize regional roadshows as required.You are the middleman between our client and our Product Development team. You will provide client feedback to this team so products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.RequisitosThe expertise we're looking for:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Economics, or other relevant fields.You have 4-5 years of relevant experience in business development strategies and complex sales processes in big companies.You have at least 5 years of experience in platform/solutions sales.You have good experience and knowledge of Retail Tech area, 4.0 industry, or security.You have at least 5 years of experience in negotiation and agreement closure.You have a high level of spoken English (B2-C1).Readiness to travel.Se ofreceFull remote work with the option of going to the Office (center of Madrid).Lead and build the sales team and strategy of the company.Flexibility in work schedule.Young work environment.Training and learning about the newest AI technologies.Be in shape with Gympass!ÁreaPuesto Comercial, ventas - Director de Estrategia de Negocio
