Job Purpose:To act as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Responsibilities:To develop business based on new Vmware Solutions with the support of Technical Presales Team.Collaborate with VMware Marketing Area to develop and execute Demand Generation Activities with our Partners.Follow Up of the MQL generated through these Marketing Activities.Promote Enablement Activities for TD Partners in collaboration with Technical Presales Team.Maintain periodic follow-up meetings with VMware Sales and Marketing areas.Support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets, including support of Partners for opportunity registration and Pipeline management.Prioritize own tasks to ensure agreed deadlines or SLA are achieved.Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.Develop strong relationships both internally within the Business Unit and externally with our Partners and VMware.Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required.Knowledge Skills and Experience:Strong attention to detail.Process driven & results orientated.Customer focused.Excellent organization skills.Effective time management and prioritizing skills.Numerate.Excellent communication skills.Excellent customer relations skills.SAP R3 (preferable).Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.Vendor Tools and Portals.
