Including support of Partners for opportunity registration and Pipeline management- Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved- Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution- Develop strong relationships both, Internal within the Business Unit and External with our Partners and VMware- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required**Knowledge Skills and Experience**- Strong attention to detail- Process driven & results orientated- Customer focused- Excellent organization skills- Effective time management and prioritizing skills- Numerate- Excellent communication skills- Excellent customer relations skills- SAP R3 (preferable)- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook- Vendor Tools and PortalsLI-MM1
