Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive International Business Developer to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to start with comprehensive training at our headquarters in Terrassa, Spain, and then transition to an international project in one of our global branches. Key Responsibilities:Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Planning, Production, and Business Analysis departments to gain in-depth knowledge of our products and company philosophy.Client Management: Address the needs of key accounts, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.Project Management: Oversee, manage, and track projects to ensure they meet deadlines and deliverables.Commercial Proposals: Develop, follow up, and finalize commercial proposals to drive business growth.Customer Interaction: Serve as a primary contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.Sales Analysis and CRM: Analyze sales data and manage CRM systems to identify trends and opportunities.Market Exploration: Proactively search for new business opportunities and conduct market prospecting.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.Additional Tasks: Engage in various other related activities as required.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Market Research, Engineering, or a related field.Commitment: Willingness to stay in an international branch for a minimum of 2 years.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are highly valued.Mobility: Preferably, own a vehicle.Skillset: Strong learning ability, proactive approach, excellent communication, and leadership skills.What We Offer:Permanent Contract: Secure a long-term position within a stable and growing company.Competitive Salary: Earn between 20.000 € and 25.000 € gross annually, depending on experience.Attractive Compensation Package: Includes support for housing and daily expenses during your international stay.Career Development: Benefit from a well-structured career plan with opportunities for growth.Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, with a workday starting between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and ending between 5:09 PM and 6:09 PM.
