Your Role in Our Story:At its core, your responsibilities include:
Identifying opportunities in the Spanish Energy Efficiency sector.Identifying and executing Energy Efficiency projects, from their initial phases to successful implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Assessing the feasibility of Energy Efficiency projects in the issuance of Energy Savings Certificates (ESC), in collaboration with the operational team.Contributing to the definition and implementation of a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Energy Efficiency Origination sector at ACT Commodities in Spain.Building and developing a broad network of key contacts and partners within the Energy Efficiency sector in Spain.Maintaining positive relationships with private entities, public organizations, and relevant regulatory bodies in the Energy Efficiency sector in Spain.Promoting and increasing the visibility of ACT Commodities' services and solutions through various platforms and industry associations to attract new clients and strengthen market presence.Your Experience:To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in business development.Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Preferably, experience or knowledge in the energy sector and a solid understanding of Energy Efficiency markets in Europe.Knowledge of trading certificates is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Availability to travel frequently within Spain to engage with clients, stakeholders, and project sites.
