.ADHR, on behalf of a leading company in the lighting technology industry based in Italy, with a strong presence in private, public, and industrial sectors, is looking for a Business Developer with technical skills and proven experience in the field, to expand its presence in the Spanish market. We're seeking someone who can manage and grow our client portfolio while maintaining strong relationships with our existing partners.NOTE: Experience in the lighting technology sector (specifically in public, civil, and industrial areas) is a MUST for this role. Experience in design lighting or unit-specific lighting (e.G., bedroom or purely aesthetic lighting) is NOT considered relevant.Main Responsibilities:Manage and develop the Iberian market for lighting technology products, focusing on private, public, and industrial clients.Identify and acquire new clients and distributors, expanding the existing portfolio.Handle public tenders in the Spanish market, ensuring compliance with requirements and maximizing business opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering loyalty among key partners.Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions, leveraging a deep understanding of lighting products and technologies.Monitor sales performance and define strategic plans in collaboration with company management, attending regular meetings at the head office.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are met promptly and accurately.Skills and Requirements:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Export Manager roles within the lighting technology sector.Language: English and SpanishIn-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and familiarity with local sales and distribution dynamics.Strong technical skills and ability to understand technical drawings.Experience managing public tenders, with knowledge of specific procedures and requirements in the public sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Spanish and English (Italian is a plus).Results-oriented and able to work independently.Geographic flexibility: residence in Spain or Italy, with availability for periodic travel to the head office for strategic meetings.Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field (preferred).What We Offer:Permanent contract with a salary package between €55,000 and €65,000, depending on experience, including performance bonuses (MBO) and a company car.Opportunities for professional growth in an innovative and market-leading company.Dynamic work environment with a team focused on excellence and international collaboration.Continuous support and training to ensure success in the role.Inclusion and Privacy:This job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, according to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03
