FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the countries under responsibility.
Maintain and develop current distributor network.
Help and support distributor to develop their business with our brands.
Ensure distributors follow company strategy regarding price positioning, imagery, professional channel sales only, etc.
Look for new distributors and replace those non-performing.
Coordinate with Marketing department all new product launches and different promotions in the countries.
Coordinate with education team the support to be provided to each country.
Coordinate with customer service and ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
In coordination with legal department, follow all discussions needed and fill the documentation required to sign the Distribution contracts.
Prepare and present Annual Budgets.
Ensure distributors send their forecasts and confirm purchase orders on time.
Control Account receivables of the distributors under responsibility.
Obtain Marketing plans for each distributor.
Collaborate in gathering and analyzing international market data to understand and follow up better the markets.
Requirements: International markets experience in cosmetics sector, and experience in negotiating with distributors.
4-5 years experience in a similar position.
Higher degree in Business Administration or similar.
Knowledge of marketing techniques and sales exports.
Self-organized, ready to work independently.
Able to travel and visit periodically the different countries under responsibility.
Used to work in corporate environments.
