Responsibilities:

Lead the development of the department's annual budget, ensuring optimal resource distribution to support strategic initiatives
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, assess competitor activities, and capitalize on new opportunities
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the organization's market position and capabilities
Implement robust tracking mechanisms for KPI to assess the effectiveness of existing systems and processes
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic adjustments to enhance overall performance
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing innovative business ventures, markets, and revenue streams
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
