.Business Development Associate NordicsVerisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Business Development Associate Nordics to join our growing Nordics Cluster Team.The Business Development Associate Nordics will work closely with the Nordics Business Development Director, as well as support interactions with the Management Teams in the countries.Together they will evolve the Go-To-Market processes and tools to support expansion in our Nordics markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark), and enhance Operations across markets.This role is expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows, with a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, functions, countries, etc).The company's success depends on its people, and it invests in them every day. Working with Verisure is being part of an industry leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Associate Nordics will be a core member of the Nordics Cluster team, responsible for :Evolving the Go-To-Market strategy and following-up the implementation (channels, packages, prices, commission schemes ).Identifying improvement areas in our sales channels through data and designing and implementing new processes and tools in order to optimize our results.Defining Verisure's new adjacent business opportunities (businesses different from our core alarm value proposition that are close to it so we can leverage our strengths).This role will require determination to deeply understand :Our business model.Our Go-to-Market (digital marketing, call center, field sales & Security Experts recruitment, E2E KPIs, .Our products and services.Our processes in Operations (Alarm monitoring, Customer Care, Maintenances, to successfully serve our customers.Among other tasks, this role will involve :Supporting the definition of the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying risks and opportunities.Supporting countries' commercial teams in the implementation of specific processes and tools to improve P&Ls top line.Analyzing operational & financial data to drive conclusions and prepare management reports for the proposal of improvements and decision making.Working with the rest of the Nordics Cluster team in cross functional projects and initiatives.LocationThe position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with some travel to the Nordics markets expected.Reports and organizational structureDirectly reporting to Director of the area.Candidate profileExperiences and QualificationsWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure's growth and organizational transformation goals.We are looking for experienced professionals with 3-5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and / or Business Development role.High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyse opportunities and processes.Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs
