Job Responsibilities: Market Research & Opportunity Identification:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within hospitals, drugstores, and other medical facilities.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor business strategies.Develop a pipeline of potential business partnerships by targeting key decision-makers in healthcare facilities and pharmacies.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, pharmacy chains, and other healthcare stakeholders.Regularly meet with existing clients to ensure product satisfaction and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities.Attend industry conferences, expos, and networking events to strengthen Medtrile's presence in the B2B market.Sales & Negotiations:Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships while ensuring profitability.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create customized packages that meet client needs.Strategy Development:Work closely with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at penetrating the hospital and drugstore markets.Continuously monitor the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed to ensure revenue growth.Identify gaps in the market and develop innovative approaches to fill these needs with Medtrile's products.Reporting & Documentation:Maintain up-to-date client information, sales progress, and follow-up activities using CRM software.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and business development progress.Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demand.Support sales teams with business insights to enhance their engagement with clients.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.Knowledge of regional markets and customer demographics (Pangasinan, La Union, CAR, Ilocos Sur & Norte)Willingness and ability to travel extensively.Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.Willingness to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and events.Additional Benefits: Bonuses: Quarterly and annual performance bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets.Phone LineGadget AllocationHealth, dental, and Optical (Per HMO Guideline)Retirement Savings PlanTravel allowance and company-provided vehicle for business-related travel
