What to Expect? Your first year will be spent gaining experience and learning everything there is to know about financial planning.
You'll learn about the client journey, report writing, different types of analysis, and how to use our tools and processes.
You'll also enroll in the CISI and CII Financial qualifications, which will start your journey to becoming a qualified Financial Planner.
You will gain additional skills through a variety of training programmes delivered by our apprenticeship provider and our fantastic Learning and Development team.
After your first year, you will be able to specialise your development towards becoming a Financial Planner.
We will support you to achieve any additional exams, with ongoing development to support your career.
What You Will Bring No prior experience required, but we are searching for dedicated individuals serious about creating a career in financial planning with us.
