We are hiring a Business Development Area Manager (Europe).
Main responsibilitiesMeet potential new clients and turn this into increased business.Build and maintain a strong, sustainable relationship with strategic customers and partners.Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.Ability to create key account plans and execute them.Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.Evaluate customer performance for contract compliance.RequisitosRequirementsA minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/key account management in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Desirable) or similar.Bachelor's degree.Post Graduate degree in business administration (Desirable).Fluent in English verbal/written communication.Willing and able to travel up to 50% of time within Europe.Key SkillsOutgoing and confident personality.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.Strong communication skills and excellent organization.Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and professional.Condiciones laboralesBenefitsSalary and Benefits: Negotiable (according to experience)
